Cancellation Policy

Once an item on preorder is placed, we contact our respective supplier to place in that order for you. When we place that order, we cannot remove or cancel that item with the supplier.

In the situation you are granted a refund, it will be your transaction total minus the 25% restocking fee.

We do not accept cancellations or refunds on the difference for currency fluctuations.
